Job Summary :

Responsible for assembling Powersports parts related to starting and charging components. Reads and interprets instructions, assembles parts and tools, and fits electronic components together. Primary responsibilities : Assemble raw materials required to complete the assigned task. Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, specifications, and work orders. Review work activities with production supervisor as required. Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications, using instruments, such as calipers, and other measuring devices. Inspect all raw materials prior to assembly. Fabricate or modify parts, using shop equipment. Assemble electrical components and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly castings. Test product to ensure conformance to specifications. Test functional performance. The qualified candidate must be able to use basic hand tools like (but not limited to) wire cutter, wire stripper, crimping tool and handheld power drills. Special consideration will go to the candidate that has the ability to solder correctly & can operate an electronic multi-meter, lathe and a vertical mill.
