MUST be able and available to work ANY of the below 3 shifts: Day8-hour Shift (8am-4pm) Day 12-hour Shift (8am-8:30pm) Night 12-hourShift (8pm-8:30am) Manufacturing shift schedules change monthly;Workers/Contractors will be assigned a shift to work for the month,BUT may be asked to work a different shift at any time during themonth depending on the team and manufacturing schedules.

GeneralDescription:

The Cell Culture Manufacturing Senior Technicianposition will directly enable the initial start-up phase of theHopewell manufacturing facility and then shift focus to hands-onexecution and support of cGMP manufacturing operations.

Hands-OncGMP Operations:

Focused on execution of cGMP manufacturingactivities required to deliver the production plan reliably andcompliantly. Essential functions of the job include but not limitedto: Follow cGMP procedures to support manufacturing execution andautomated recipes Clean-In-Place (CIP) & Steam-In-Place (SIP) Mediapreparation & transfers / filtration Cell culture sampling,monitoring & transferring Harvest operations Equipment & processtroubleshooting Deviation identification, reporting and closurecGMP procedure development and optimization Cleaning and garbagedischarge 6S operation Equipment validation (bioreactor IOQ and PQstudy, but not limited to the other cell culture validationactivity). Experience Required At least 3-5 years working in cellculture area in Biopharm industry. Familiar with single usebioreactor, such as Wave bioreactor, Sartorius or Cytiva bioreactor200-2000L Familiar with inoculation aseptic technique Familiar withstainless steel vessel operation with DCS control (MediumPreparation, CIP/SIP) Familiar with Part washer or autoclaveoperation

Education:

High school education or GED required. OrAS/BS/BA in science related field, biopharmaceutical or equivalenttechnical experience preferred.
