3rd Shift Production Line Operator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Blasdell, NY 14219 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Line Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for set up of the machine, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure quality control measures are met. Line Operators are also responsible for inspecting product, packaging items for shipping and keeping track of inventory. Duties Set up and prepare line equipment for operation and shut down production line equipment. Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary. Maintain safe and clean work environment. Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance tasks. Monitor quality control measures and makes adjustments to ensure product quality. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Complete production reports and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned. Skills Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred. Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques for efficient production. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
