Assignments may include but are not limited to: assembly of material following detailed work instructions, set up and running of data acquisition equipment, carrying out engineering experiments, and reporting/documenting results of tests and measures. They will be collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, EHS, QA, and other production teams to achieve site goals. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Performs manufacturing and maintenance work from detailed work instructions and operational method sheets. Maintains daily production output with accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management. Make limited decisions within the confines of quality and safety approved procedures, with guidance. Mainly performing production work and may be dependent upon others for non-standard work. Flexibility and adaptability expected. Setup and operate measurement equipment. Complies with all EHS, Training and Quality procedures and policies. Perform routine troubleshooting of process or equipment. Brings equipment irregularities to the attention of the supervisor. Use Lean tools to improve established processes and metrics in daily work. Participates in Action Workouts and Kaizen events. Make acquired skills or knowledge available to others, train others on manufacturing processes. All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Associates degree in Applied Sciences (or local equivalent 2 year degree), OR a High School diploma/GED (or local equivalent) and 2 years technical experience. Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information. Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information. Ability to communicate effectively in local language (English). Demonstrated proficiency to utilize computerized work. Proven ability to work with teammates, management, and across functions. Being able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time Ability to work in a clean room environment including wearing the required PPE for long periods of time Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process. Demonstrated experience working in quality-controlled environment, specifically FDA-regulated medical product manufacturing or another relevant environment. Demonstrated strong problem-solving / equipment troubleshooting skills. Mechanical, facilities and/or maintenance experience. Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
