Job Description

Batcher Tailored Bottling Solutions LLC 456 Acorn La, Downingtown, PA 19335 Job Overview The Batcher is responsible for weighing materials and combining them to create new beverages. You will ensure that all ingredients and materials have been properly stored and will not spoil. Also, in this position, you will perform routine tests (under the direction of Quality Control) to ensure that the resulting mixture meets specified properties and consistencies. You will keep a sterile environment while recording test data and communicating modifications to the manufacturing process to eliminate any irregularities. Qualification & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 1 Year of experience operating a high-speed production machine 1 Year of experience monitoring the quality of products Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures Available to work any shift schedule, including weekends Responsibilities & Skills Weigh and measure materials, and combine them in a tank to create new beverages. Follow all GMP, health and safety procedures, regulations, PPE, & TBS policies. Ensure all ingredients and materials have been properly stored and will not spoil. Work with production operators and perform calibrations and adjustments to the machinery or recipe. Follow directions carefully and ensure each batch meets the exact specifications. A strong eye for detail, excellent organization, and verbal communication skills are important. Ability to work alongside others collaboratively. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read, write, and perform fundamental mathematics, as well as proficiency with computers On a daily basis, ensure Food and Human Safety is your number one priority and partner with the team to identify/eliminate risks and ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal regulations. Recognize and report any signs of product tampering. Maintain the cleanliness of the production line. Equipment and work areas must be kept organized, clean, and sanitary throughout the shift. End of shift requires the removal of any waste and garbage generated during the shift. Ensure proper care of equipment.

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
