Description International Cartridge Corporation a leading manufacturer of small arms ammunition, specializing in lead-free and frangible ammunition. With more than 20 years of experience, International Cartridge Corporation is a global leader in lead-free and frangible ammunition manufacturing. Our products are used by civilians, law enforcement and government entities domestically and across the world. International Cartridge Corporation is now accepting applications for ammunition manufacturing technicians. Duties include operating various priming and loading equipment and machinery within the ammunition manufacturing process following the the Company’s quality management system procedures, as well as any other duties that may be assigned. Ammunition manufacturing technicians will follow procedures to ensure compliance with Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturing standards. Proficient knowledge and ability to use measuring instruments, including, but not limited to scales, depth gauges, micrometers and calipers is required. Mechanical knowledge and problem solving abilities are strongly favored. Knowledge of ammunition is preferred, but not required. Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants must have good attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and the ability to adhere to the work schedule. The position requires that applicants have the ability to lift 50 pounds and be able to stand for extended periods of time. The dress coded is appropriate dress wear for a factory setting. Employees must wear proper PPE when required is designated areas. Manufacturing technicians report directly to the Production Supervisor and follow the companies

2015 quality management system procedures. Upon the completion of a 60 day probationary period, employees are offered insurance benefits and a simple IRA retirement plan. Employees also earn vacation, sick, personal time, and holiday pay upon the completion of their 60 day probationary period. Applicants must be able to pass drug testing and thorough background checks.
