The Blueprint (Role Profile) The Production Technician II operates machines to manufacture chain for Campbell Chain line of products. This is a 3rd shift position working 4 days a week from 9 PM to 7 AM daily. Come join your future with us! The Build (Responsibilities) Operate machines used in the production of chain.
Proficiently operate the required number of machines for the designated work area.
Make proper adjustments to ensure machines operate efficiently and maintain high quality output, including using hand tools, gauges, and visual checks.
Cross-trained to operate numerous pieces of equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment when required.
Move material to and from work area.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce a quality product, including reporting non-conforming materials.
Report unusual conditions or questionable items to team lead or supervisor.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Maintain accurate records as required.
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by team lead or supervisor. The Toolbox (Qualifications) High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.
Mechanical abilities and aptitude required.
Work overtime hours (more than 40 hours per week) including Fridays.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch continuously.
Climb stairs and ladders.
