Position Overview We are seeking entry-level and experienced Production Line Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team. As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality screen doors, screening systems, and other home improvement products. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to build a lasting career in manufacturing.

Schedule & Compensation Overtime:

Pay Rate:

$13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)

Bonuses:

Weekly production-based performance bonuses Key Responsibilities Assemble Screen Tight products using hand tools, power tools, and production machinery Follow instructions and work orders to meet product specs and quality standards Inspect finished goods for quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with moving materials, packaging, and inventory support Comply with all safety protocols and production guidelines What We’re Looking For A team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Flexible and solution-based approach to daily tasks Desire to learn new skills and grow within the company Proven history of working safely in a production environment Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in hot or cold climates Reliable transportation and availability for occasional overtime Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Screen Tight is an equal opportunity employer.
