Job Overview:

Production Technician We are looking for a dependable and motivated Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help build high-quality wood products with a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in quality work. We offer on-the-job training, but previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, or other hands-on trades is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and build wood products according to specifications Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior hands-on experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related fields preferred Willingness to learn and take direction Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift and move materials as needed Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
