The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Production and Assembly line environments, demonstrating proficiency in leading a team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production associates to achieve operational goals. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate workflow on the assembly line, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Train and mentor team members on proper assembly techniques and equipment operation. Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance as necessary. Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Experience Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is essential. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively. Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
