Role Overview:
Join the dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician responsible for the setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical production equipment. This role supports continuous production quality, equipment uptime, and process improvements. Responsibilities and leadership level will vary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Perform preventive maintenance according to plant PM programs to ensure smooth operations. Assist Engineering with installation, debugging, and startup of new equipment. Maintain detailed equipment logs, downtime records, and document process changes. Use PLCs and other controls to diagnose, program, and optimize equipment performance. Support quality and safety standards, including adherence to environmental and QSR procedures. Provide leadership in troubleshooting and ownership of process performance issues (more senior level). Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to optimize output and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or vocational/technical training in Advanced Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, or related field preferred. Experience in industrial manufacturing or production environment; 2 to 7 years preferred (flexible for mid to senior roles). Strong understanding of electricity, electronic principles, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and basic ladder logic preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory. Able to work 12-hour night shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule. Must pass a practical technical assessment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comply with safety regulations (steel-toe shoes required).

$40,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
