Pay Range:

$20/hr – $23/hr W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Crystal Growth Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work with specialized equipment to grow and fabricate crystals used in imaging equipment. You will be responsible for operating RF furnaces and related electro-mechanical systems, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records of all processing steps.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and operate RF furnaces and electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication. Grow crystals used in imaging equipment, following precise guidelines and specifications. Mix raw materials according to defined recipes for crystal production. Monitor and maintain various crystal growth processes to ensure quality. Maintain accurate records of all production processes, both on paper and in a database. Follow safety procedures and process documentation in compliance with industry standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and issues.

Required Qualifications:

High School Degree (or equivalent). Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs . Comfortable working in hot environments . Availability to work weekends , with days off during the week (Mon-Fri).

Top Skills:

Experience working with RF furnaces and electro-mechanical systems in a technical-industrial environment . Strong knowledge of crystal growth and fabrication processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow safety procedures and work with process MPI documentation . #IND2
