Our client is seeking a Crystal Growth Technician to join their team. As a Crystal Growth Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.
Grow crystals used in imaging equipment to meet production demands.
Mix raw materials to a specified mixture accurately.
Monitor various crystal growth processes and maintain operational records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and process documentation.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
Comfortable working in a hot environment.
Good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment is preferred.
