Production Technician Position Available In Cheatham, Tennessee

Hiring Production Technicians in Kingston Springs, TN 3rd Shift up to $20hr! Job Description Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Perform quality checks and inspections to meet customer and company standards. Assist with setup, cleanup, and changeover of production lines. Package finished goods, stack and palletize products, and prepare for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with team members. Communicate effectively with team members. Essential Skills Experience in production, assembly, and machine operation. Ability to perform inspections using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures. Mechanical skills and familiarity with blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills. Dependable, with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Work Environment The facility is climate controlled and newly renovated. Employees work on a 2-2-3 schedule, providing every other Friday to Sunday off, with a minimum of 42.5 hours per week. Initially, the training schedule will be from 7 AM to 7 PM for three months, then transition to nights from 7 PM to 7 AM.
