Holliston is an industry leader in coated cloth applications. We are seeking a Production Engineering Technician to support our engineering and manufacturing teams in optimizing and maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates or those with strong mechanical or manufacturing backgrounds looking to grow in industrial production.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting production data and evaluating current manufacturing processes Observe and support process improvement initiatives on the shop floor Perform time studies and help document standard work procedures Support maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery under supervision Participate in quality assurance checks and product testing Help identify and implement cost-saving improvements with management staff Assist with the setup and configuration of production equipment Monitor material usage and communicate supply needs Maintain safety and compliance standards across production areas Document findings and prepare reports for engineering and management teams

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAD or ERP systems a plus Excellent communication and observational skills Willingness to spend time on the factory floor and learn processes from the ground up Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
