$60,000 – $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6:30 AM – 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities 5 years minimum experience with CNC machining methods, interpretations of technical drawings, and the use of CMM and GD&T
Support manufacturing operations and assist with machine and process improvements
Collaborate with programmers and machinists to develop manufacturing plans utilizing CAD drawings and customer requirements
Assist both engineering and quality teams to analyze process capability and ensure product conformance
Design special tooling, gauging, and fixturing components while maintaining appropriate budget
Oversee creation of SOPs, support Lean manufacturing practices and 5S principles The essential functions of this role include:
