Production Associates and Production Operators Job Description Join a dynamic and growing company in the area as a Production Associate or Production Operator. Be part of a team that deals with supplements and proteins, ensuring quality products reach consumers. Responsibilities Conduct quality checks on products. Clean and prepare products for packaging. Load products from machines into boxes. Follow GMP guidelines meticulously. Stand for long periods while performing duties. Package and assemble equipment. Participate in standard sanitation processes. Assist associates in the overall production process. Ensure machines are operating correctly. Essential Skills Experience in production and general manufacturing (1-2 years). Proficiency in quality checks. Ability to follow GMP guidelines. Experience in machine operation. Inventory control and management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Food manufacturing experience. Knowledge of packaging machines and operations. Experience as a packaging operator. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
