We have openings for Coating Line Assistants – 3rd Shift Coating Assistants are responsible for the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of their assigned area of the Coater Line, during shift, in order to produce high quality products that meet or exceed customer requirements. Will assist and take direction from the Coater Operator to ensure line runs efficiently. Training will be on day shift, 7am-3pm, then will move to 3rd shift hours. Benefits begin Day 1: (Medical, Dental & Vision) + 401k after 30 days Hours are 11pm-7am, Sunday night – Thursday night Opportunities for overtime and advancement $300 Sign-on bonus $17.50 starting pay with a $1.25 shift differential Incentive Bonus Program (Quarterly and Annual based on specific targets) Perfect Attendance Recognition HS Diploma/GED required Previous factory experience helpful, but will train Some computer skills preferred All candidates will be required to successfully complete the following: WorkKeys Assessments Drug Screening Criminal Background Check Seaman Corporation is an EEO/AA Employer.
