Production Tech Job Description We are seeking skilled Production Technicians/Material Handlers who will be responsible for maintaining inventory, identifying, labeling, and placing materials throughout the production floor. The role involves heavy lifting, handling materials, and using RF scanners for data entry. Candidates must be comfortable lifting 50-75 lbs and assisting in loading and unloading trucks and trailers. Responsibilities Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials throughout the production floor. Use RF scanners for data entry and inventory management. Load and unload trucks and trailers. Handle materials and ensure they are properly stored and organized. Perform heavy lifting of materials weighing 50-75 lbs. Essential Skills 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment. Proficiency with RF scanners. Experience in material handling and inventory management. Ability to perform heavy lifting (50-75 lbs). Experience in general production, forklift operation, and packaging. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a Production Worker, Warehouse Worker, or Material Handler. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is located in a climate-controlled and clean facility. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates must be comfortable with the work schedule and environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
