Full Job Description Summary:
Review and verify the quality and quantity of products online. Develop the ability to assist in preparing and adjusting the equipment on assigned production lines. Take daily direction on work position assignments, position rotation plans, change over task, training needs and daily task including break rotations during each shift from the Line Lead.

Safety:
Your compliance with all company safety rules procedures and guidelines is essential. Reporting of safety issues is mandatory. Assist with performing production start-up inspections, provide continuous monitoring of the line operation and products produced, and line workers performance. Understand the importance and how to follow the pallet pattern when stacking a pallet. Verify the accuracy of the production tickets being placed on each completed pallet. Follow safety rules and monitor safety procedures and ensure the line workers’ compliance. Learn the importance of monitoring component requirements and requesting timely delivery to the production line. Support the rotation of the line team members into different positions on the production line. Learn/Perform procedures for reworking errors as required and guided by Line Lead. Learn/Perform Quality testing at specified time interval for specific gravity, print and apply box coder information, label, seal, volume, proper torque, production stamp coding, video jet etc. and overall quality. Learn how to complete Quality documentation. Ensure all team members are GMP compliant. Ensure line runs with minimal downtime in smooth steady manner. Keep line work areas Safe & Clean; pick up debris and keep the floors frees from product spillage and unsafe conditions. Make minor adjustments on machines i.e., tape and label machine, and occasionally capper. Assist line tech / line lead in team lead changeovers as needed. Learn the proper use of the hour-by-hour monitors, continuous improvement, and day to day standard work procedures of the business. Closely review and analyze the hour-by-hour monitors and assist with necessary real time improvement action to resolve issues. Learn how to update OEE sheets as requested by Line Lead. Learn and develop knowledge of all production equipment (scrambler, labeler, video jet, capper, taper, etc.). 5s, OEE concept.
Work Experience:
Minimum three months of production line manufacturing experience.
