Adecco is hiring motivated and reliable Production Line Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in St. Albans, VT. These temp-to-hire roles offer a great opportunity to build your career in a clean, safety-first environment with room to grow.

What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor packaging equipment on the production line
Ensure product quality and packaging standards are met
Follow all HACCP and GMP safety and cleanliness protocols
Meet or exceed daily production goals
Perform basic maintenance and small repairs to keep the line running smoothly
Maintain a clean andanized work area

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience with HACCP, GMP, or LEAN 5S practices is a plus
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Shifts & Pay:

Day Shift:

7:00 AM

• 7:00 PM | $21.50
• $23.

50/hour

Night Shift:

7:00 PM

• 7:00 AM | $23.65
• $28.

20/hour

Pay Details:

$21.50 to $28.20 per hour
