Key responsibilities for the Process Engineer include supportinginitial project quoting efforts and leading the development andongoing optimization of a reliable injection molding process.

Description The Process Engineer will be responsiblefor: Support the processing, validation, and documentation of newproducts, molds, processes, and equipment Contribute to the quotingprocess for tools and parts Provide training to Process Technicianson resolving processing-related issues Drive optimization ofmanufacturing processes Lead continuous improvement initiativesthrough enhancements in materials, processes, tooling, andautomation Assist in daily production activities and troubleshootexisting processes as needed Identify and implement opportunitiesfor cost reduction Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE)when required Collaborate with customers and suppliers as necessarySupport efforts to maintain and promote a safe working environmentProfile The successful Process Engineer will have a background of:
