Your role will be pivotal in ensuring top-notch weld quality and safety while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with
AWS D1.1
standards and maintain Welder Qualification Records, WPS, and PQRs. Analyze weld failures, identify root causes, and guide the team in corrective actions. Develop expertise in robotic welding and new technologies, focusing on safety and efficiency. Conduct daily weld inspections and document findings to uphold quality standards. Administer Welder Certification Testing and oversee the plant’s welding qualification program. Lead initiatives to enhance weld quality and provide training to the team as needed. Innovate and improve weld fixtures to optimize operations. Engage in Continuous Improvement activities to support business objectives. Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to 5S standards. Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
