Summary:
Seeking a Welding Engineer to optimize and develop welding processes and equipment, with a focus on FANUC robots.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)Experience with welding robot applicationsKnowledge of metallurgical and material science principles
Preferred Skills:
Experience with OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliersFamiliarity with FANUC resistant spot welding, MIG welding, and laser cutting robots
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and improve weld equipment and processesOptimize LASER, resistance, and ultrasonic welding equipmentPlan and conduct experimental investigations for new welding processesCollaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to procure new equipmentInvestigate methods for joining new or dissimilar materialsResearch advances in industrial welding technologies
Pay Details:
