Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a CAD Technician to join our team. Must have the ability to read plans. The CAD Technician will be responsible for creating & reviewing technical shop drawings as well as procurement of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings based on project specifications and requirements
- Prepare submittal packages & collaborate with engineers when needed
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized records of drawings, material orders & project files
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Excel
