How You’ll Make an ImpactSupport development and production by building and refining transformer tank components.
Create and update detailed drawings using drafting and GD&T principles.
Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams on insulation and external designs.
Run transformer tank design programs and ensure accurate execution.
Coordinate with suppliers and monitor procurement of long-lead materials.
Participate in daily Gemba meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Compile and analyze technical data to support production decisions.
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
Your BackgroundHigh school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, orAssociate degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of mechanical design and drafting principles.
Experience with transformer tank design is a plus.
Ability to adapt to moderately complex technical challenges.
Comfortable working in varied environments and schedules.
