Full Job Description Description:
What You’ll Do As a Structural Revit Technician, you’ll play a vital role in producing accurate and high-quality Revit models and construction documents. Develop detailed drawings, sketches, sections, and details in Revit Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with architectural and MEPFP systems Ensure compliance with company drafting standards and project requirements Communicate effectively with project teams and clients Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and review of shop drawings What Sets You Apart A collaborative mindset (both in-person and virtually to support our service line function across 3 geographic locations) and a commitment to high-quality work Ability to visualize and model structural systems accurately in a BIM environment Understanding of how structure interacts with architectural and MEPFP systems Strong customer service and problem-solving skills A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in contributing to the Service Line’s BIM/CAD committee
Requirements:
Associate degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in structural drafting/modeling using Revit Strong understanding of building systems and construction practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience using AutoCAD is also desired Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc.?
