Mechanical Engineer Job Description Join our dynamic engineering team to assist Mechanical Design Engineers in preparing detailed 2D and assembly drawings using AutoCAD Inventor models. You will play a crucial role in document and ECO control, managing bills of materials and part entries, fixture design, and component creation in Altium with training provided. Responsibilities Assist in preparing 2D detail and assembly drawings from AutoCAD Inventor models. Manage document and ECO control processes. Handle bills of material and part entry tasks. Design fixtures and create components in Altium with provided training. Essential Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Design Suite (Inventor) or similar software such as SolidWorks. Experience in mechanical design, specifically 2D drawings of assemblies for electronic components. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with interdepartmental personnel and customers. Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions relevant to dimensioning and electronic circuit theory.
