Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. degree in any Engineering discipline from an accredited institution 1-2 years of work or project experience with design, build, and commissioning of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing, assembly, and test. Experience using CAD and FEA-based analysis software for structural applications. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience designing/drafting structural parts, precision components, and/or subsystems Strong expertise in design for manufacturability and design for assembly including experience taking products from development design to rate production. Solid understanding of common manufacturing materials, GD&T, and tolerance/stack-up analysis Experience designing tooling (machining fixtures, assembly jigs, test support equipment) to support production of aerospace systems. Solid understanding of common manufacturing processes and machines including mills, lathes, welding, sheet-metal bending, lifting/rigging, assembly, inspection, etc Experience with structural analysis in addition to the ability to perform hand calculations Experience with ProE/Creo and Windchill CAD/PDM systems Experience with ANSYS Workbench, FEMAP Pre/Post processing, NASTRAN Solver, NX Advance Simulation, etc. Don’t meet every single requirement?
