Must have 10+ years experience minimum in heavy mechanical construction environment. Be able to estimate jobs, oversee and coordinate all aspects of a large plant mechanical maintenance contract Have extensive mechanical knowledge in the industrial industry and be able to oversee and coordinate large scale maintenance work Work with Client, Management, Safety Dept and Foreman to plan, budget and organize activities Initiate and maintain liaison with owners, general contractors, multiple subcontractors and other contacts to facilitate project activities. Represent RJB in project meetings and attend meetings with client and Project Manager when needed Insure quality and safety at all times Evaluate weekly construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness and discuss any concerns with Project Manager Manage employees Ability to read drawings and specifications. Functions effectively as part of a team Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
