PrideStaff on behalf of a client is seeking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician. Their team of dedicated professionals works collaboratively to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions to our clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical components
- Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints
- Calibrate and adjust equipment for optimal performance
- Perform equipment upgrades and modifications as needed
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor junior technicians as required
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergency repair calls as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or repair
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
