⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Collaboration Opportunity – Deck & Remodeling Projects (St. Johns & (St Augustine and Duval) compensation: Per contract employment type: job title: GC , engineer Home improvement and remodeling company based in Jacksonville. I’m currently expanding operations and looking for a licensed engineer and/or general contractor to collaborate with on ongoing and upcoming residential projects—primarily composite deck installations, with occasional related work like framing, patios, and structural upgrades.
What I Bring:
- A steady stream of customers and confirmed jobs
- Skilled crews for installation
- I handle all client communication, materials, and project execution
What I Need:
- Stamped drawings and help with the permit process
- Quick turnarounds and code-compliant documentation
Compensation:
- I’m offering 15% of gross project value, scaled to project size.
- Most projects range between $8,000-$25,000, with larger builds over $30K.
