Job Title:

Mechanical Design Engineer – Small Arms & Ammunition About the

Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and supporting mechanical systems and components, with a focus on small arms and ammunition. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring high-performance products from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of mechanical systems and components. + Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks. + Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure project success. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing products. + Document and report test results, design changes, and project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in SolidWorks and mechanical design principles. + Strong background in mechanical engineering. + Experience in the ammunition and small arms industry. + Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to small arms. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with additional CAD software and engineering tools. + Excellent communication and documentation skills. + Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 – $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
