We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading mechanical engineering projects, ensuring that designs meet performance, quality, and compliance standards. This role involves working closely with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to create innovative solutions in the field of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
Perform calculations and simulations to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for mechanical systems.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on engineering best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
PE license is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in MEP systems.
Proficiency in mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and standards.
