Role:
We’re expanding our engineering leadership team and are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with proven technical leadership experience to join our dynamic, mission-driven organization in Orlando, FL . In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams spread across the world to drive innovation, mentor junior engineers, and lead key initiatives across high-impact renewable and mechanical projects.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and contribute to complex mechanical design and analysis projects Provide technical leadership and mentorship across global engineering teams Collaborate cross-functionally with product, manufacturing, and field service teams Develop and review detailed engineering documentation, specifications, and reports Guide and lead system integration and performance assessments Maintain a presence on-site in Orlando approx. 2 days per week to support critical team and project needs
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and project coordination abilities Proactive and “get things done” mindset Experience in wind energy or renewable systems is a plus U.S. work authorization required Why Join Us?
