Formulate and direct investigations or prototype, model, and system studies, analyze and interpret data obtained, and recommend practical applications of results. Demonstrate the ability to perform reviews of complex calculations and design deliverables. Analyze problems, investigate, and establish general performance specifications for components, equipment, systems, and processes. Evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials. Collaborate with team members on projects to determine priorities and implications on the work of others. Provide effective solutions and define appropriate deliverables that clients need to solve issues. Approve work schedules and make recommendations for increased resources and special equipment.
