This is a permanent position,offering the successful candidate an opportunity to work on avariety of challenging projects. If you are passionate aboutmechanical engineering, have a deep understanding ofthermodynamics, and experience in HVAC design and plumbing, this isthe perfect role for you. With over five years of experience in asenior role, you will be expected to lead projects, mentor juniorengineers, and contribute to the continued growth and success ofour company.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and developmentof mechanical systems, ensuring all designs meet required standardsand specifications. 2. Oversee the creation of HVAC systems,plumbing systems, and other mechanical components, ensuring theyare designed and installed correctly. 3. Use your knowledge ofthermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer to solve complexengineering problems. 4. Collaborate with other engineers,architects, and project managers to plan and execute projectsefficiently. 5. Maintain and improve existing engineering processesand practices. 6. Provide mentorship and guidance to juniorengineers, fostering a positive work environment and promotingprofessional development. 7. Conduct performance reviews ofmechanical systems, identifying areas for improvement andimplementing necessary changes. 8. Ensure all work is carried outin compliance with company policies and health and safetyregulations.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or other advancedqualifications would be an advantage. 2. A minimum of five years ofexperience in a senior mechanical engineering role. 3. Extensiveexperience in HVAC design and installation. 4. A deep understandingof thermodynamics and its application in mechanical engineering. 5.Proven experience in plumbing system design and implementation. 6.Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfullyleading projects and teams. 7. Excellent problem-solving abilitiesand a strong attention to detail. 8. The ability to communicateeffectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members at alllevels of the organization. 9. Proficiency in using engineeringsoftware such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. 10. AProfessional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable. Interestedin hearing more?
