Job Description
Key Responsibilities Design automation equipment using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Perform engineering calculations (force, speed, pressure, etc.). Develop detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. Select and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components (eg, switches, sensors, PLCs).
Choose and integrate automation parts:
grippers, vision systems, bowl feeders, pick & place units. Support manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and debugging of automation lines. Liaise with customers, internal teams, and vendors for design and technical coordination. Ensure compliance with OSHA, CE, and customer standards. Maintain ISO and safety procedures. Requirements Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of mechanical design, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical interfaces. Hands-on experience in machine shop techniques and automation systems. Ability to conceptualize solutions from verbal or sketch inputs. Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and supervise design teams.
