Job Description

About the role We are seeking a motivated and experienced mechanical engineer to help design and develop analytical instruments. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team to bring high-performance, market-leading products to market worldwide. You will find a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop creative solutions to unique technical challenges. What you will bring to the role: Master’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or related field. Proficiency in creating CAD models and drawings. Experience designing products for manufacture. Proficiency with simulation software. Experience with hands-on experimentation and prototyping. Quantitative data analysis skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. GD&T. Duties & Responsibilities Design instruments to meet demanding product requirements. Ensure manufacturability and serviceability. Validate ideas with simulations and calculations. Test concepts to establish feasibility. Create CAD models, drawings, and documentation. Evaluate, troubleshoot, and rework prototypes. Support the transition to manufacturing. Present design reviews and review the other engineers’ designs. Mentor junior engineers. Why you should join
