The applications in which our products are used are typically inthe higher-performance, higher-power segments of the marketsegments we serve. Our products are sold worldwide to customersranging from small to large global original equipment manufacturers(OEMs), their contract manufacturers (CM’s) and internationally todistributors who support their supply chains. Our Advanced Productsserve customers concentrated in the High Performance Computing,Aerospace and Defense, Industrial and Automotive markets.
Applications range from powering advanced processors in servermotherboards and artificial intelligence accelerator cards andsystems, server rack power conversion, radar systems, industrialautomation, instrumentation, test equipment, solid state lighting,telecommunications and networking infrastructure, and mild hybridand pure electric vehicle (EV) automobiles. Our Brick Productsserve customers in aerospace and defense electronics, industrialautomation, industrial equipment, instrumentation and testequipment, and transportation (notably in rail and heavy equipmentapplications).

- Develop and implement qualification process methods to meetcustomer requirements for long life failure rates.
- Schedule,coordinate and execute said qualification plans and methods inaccordance with agreed time frames.
- Work closely with NPI ProgramManagement and NPI Manufacturing Engineering teams to drive newproducts to meet agreed time frames.
- Monitor new productvalidation activities against targets to ensure sufficient progresstoward those targets is being achieved.
- Identify opportunitiesfor reliability improvement in current products and work within theproduct commercialization process to realize these improvements insuccessive generations of designs.
- Working in a team environment,resolve reliability problems that result in excessive in-house orcustomer failure rates
- Provide guidance to internal groupsregarding technical questions or concerns.
- Distribute reportsthat track product and/or process reliability performance tointernal groups and to customers
- Make recommendations for test,burn-in screening and life test capital equipment acquisitionEducation / Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of the physics offailure of PCBs and electronic components
- Solid knowledge ofelectronic circuits, components, PCBs and electronics manufacturingprocesses
- Software coding knowledge a plus
- Knowledge ofstate-of-the-art reliability assessment methods and techniques
- Ability to accomplish tasks through influencing others.
- Experience with FMEA and Design of Experiments
- Ability toeffectively communicate with a wide variety of internal andexternal customers and/or suppliers
- Ability to use some or all ofthe following PC applications: MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio,MiniTab, JMP to generate reports, capturing data, and presentingdata and information in an understandable format
- Knowledge andunderstanding of business processes and how decisions impactcustomer satisfaction, product quality, and on-time delivery.
- Knowledge in workmanship of builds and ability to build quality setups
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experiencerequired
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, e.g. BSEE, Physics,or Materials Science.
- Familiarity with power conversion theoryincluding AC/DC and DC/DC preferred.
- Ability to workindependently and be effective in a fast paced environment
- Excellent writing and time management skills

This range is based on our current market driven pay structures.
