We are seeking a skilled and driven Mechanical R D Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of next-generation automotive service solutions through innovative design and testing.

Responsibilities:
- + Design, develop, and test new products for the automotive service industry + Select appropriate parts, materials, and manufacturing processes to achieve reliable and cost-effective designs + Validate product concepts through analysis and testing, including design of test fixtures and instrumentation as needed + Create designs using CAD software (Creo preferred), including sheet metal, weldments, machined parts, castings, plastics, sensors, and electronics + Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet project deliverables + Perform other duties as assigned •
Qualifications:
- + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering + 8+ years of engineering experience + Proficient with CAD software (Creo preferred) + Strong design experience, including mechanisms, electro-mechanical systems, and materials (sheet metal, castings, machined and molded parts) + Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
