CQV Engineer – FATs Position Available In Wake, North Carolina
Tallo's Job Summary: The CQV Engineer - FATs position requires leading FATs and supporting the FAT process, with 5+ years of CQV experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Travel to the US & Europe is needed, typically for one week at a time. Commissioning experience in start-up environments and familiarity with Upstream equipment are essential. - Ideal candidate has experience leading FATs, but definitely need extensive involvement in support of FAT process
- Openness to travel (US & Europe) for FATs as needed through out 2025-2026 travel is typically 1 week at a time
- Minimum 5 years of CQV experience for biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities & construction projects
- Commissioning experience within a start up environment

- Experience with Upstream equipment SIP, CIP, bioreactors, filtration skids, ultra filtration, vessels, buffer prep, fermenters, media prep, seed trains, centrifuges etc.
Pluses:
- Experience with Ribloflavin
- huge plus
- Stainless steel experience (SST) a definite nice-to-have
- Experience with Chromatography
