Electromechanical Technician Insight Global Township of Monroe, NJ 08831 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, and motors. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
