As a leader in the repair, overhaul, and reverse engineering of industrial gas turbine components, we are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing support-particularly in the context of rotating equipment and high-performance components.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and reverse-engineer complex mechanical components, including turbine blades, vanes, and casings
Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and technical drawings using SolidWorks or similar tools
Perform engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and fatigue evaluations
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to support repair and refurbishment processes
Develop and document engineering procedures, specifications, and reports
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in mechanical design or turbomachinery applications
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with gas turbines, compressors, or other rotating equipment
Familiarity with reverse engineering techniques and tools (e.g., 3D scanning, CMM)
Knowledge of ASME standards and GD&T
Exposure to thermal and structural FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS) Benefits
