This position will play a crucial role in overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, troubleshooting equipment, and identifying manufacturing improvement opportunities. • $100K (DOE) + Bonus Opportunity Key Responsibilities Provide sound engineering principles for implementation of new manufacturing equipment, processes and procedures.

Study and recommend methods to improve existing equipment and processes.
Manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and process engineering teams to develop project specifications and requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to assess the viability of project proposals.
Prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, to communicate progress to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare lay-out and design drawings as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Project, Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience designing/drafting using AutoCAD software Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to mechanical and process engineering.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
