Salary:

PE / EITcredential. Design and develop plumbing systems (including domesticwater, sanitary, stormwater, natural gas, and specialty pipingsystems). Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, equipmentselection, and layout design in accordance with local codes andstandards (e.g.:

IPC, ASPE, & NFPA

). Prepare construction documents(including drawings, specifications, and schedules). Collaboratewith Architects, Structural Engineers, and other disciplines toensure seamless project coordination. Conduct site visits,inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with designintent & code requirements. Assist in preparing technical reports,proposals, and engineering studies.
