Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:

Design mechanical systems for large central cooling and heatingplants, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, largebore piping, and control systems Perform engineering calculationssuch as heat and mass balance, code compliance analysis, hydraulicmodeling, energy analysis, and pipe stress analysis Providetechnical direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members,including mechanical engineers and designers Take initiative incompleting design and analysis tasks for project submissionpackages, which include drawings, specifications, cost estimates,and design narratives Collaborate with project managers, teammembers, other disciplines, and external consultants to addressdesign coordination and issues Participate in constructionadministration by attending meetings, reviewing shop drawings,conducting site visits, and documenting progress

Requirements:

Possess strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and customerservice skills Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineeringfrom an ABET-accredited institution Licensed as a ProfessionalEngineer with over 7 years of experience in engineering design andconstruction administration Proficient in designing using AutodeskRevit for Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experienced inconducting fieldwork and documenting existing engineeringconditions Preferred qualifications: Experience with institutionalinfrastructure systems Experience with
