Located in York, South Carolina, approximately 27 miles southwest of Charlotte, North Carolina, and 13 miles west of Rock Hill, South Carolina in a 50,000-square-foot facility. Duties Develop P&IDs from written scope documents for internal and external review Create and maintain project management spreadsheets and Gantt chartsCreate BOMs and shop drawings as needed using Solidworks and AutoCAD/DraftSight Identify and manage project dependencies and expedite critical path items Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects Manage project risks and issues, and provide status updates to customers and company management Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and design review meetings Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance Support company fabricators/shop personnel in the build of your projects Support customers with onsite commissioning, startups & technical support as needed Work with sales team to create new products and alternate designs of existing products Troubleshoot mechanical process equipment and systems Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering Five or more years of experience in project & design engineering Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical process equipment and troubleshooting Background in process piping, P&ID, pump & instrument design/specification Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and drive consensus among team members Ability to analyze complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions Experience in team management and leading cross-functional teams Experience using Solidworks (3D), Autocad/Draftsight (2D), Excel, MS Office Separating Qualifications Electrical engineering/PLC programming/Control System design experience Bilingual (Spanish preferred) EIT and/or FE passed Experience with the following codes: ASME B31.1, B31.3, Section

VIII, NFPA
