PrimaryResponsibilities Responsible for the planning and estimating stageof projects to ensure the most efficient, safe, and economical formsystem are incorporated into the project design. Prepares accurateframework layout drawings and erection instructions for fieldcrews. Works closely with the project team monitoring the safety,cost, and scheduling of construction projects. Troubleshoots andresolves concerns regarding structural design with project team.

Contributes to the projects safety goals by reducing hazards duringthe design planning state ensuring that all formwork systems meetconstruction and safety standards. Oversees and coordinatesmaterial purchases, deliveries, tracking, and forecasting ensuringmaximum utilization of resources. Stays abreast of innovativedevelopments and incorporates these advancements in the developmentand design of new forming systems/equipment intended to expandproductivity, capabilities, and market share. Develops andmaintains customer relationships to enhance company’s ability toprocure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.

Works in cooperation with other office personnel to negotiate andexecute sales contracts consistent with policies. Develops andcoordinates material and equipment schedules and promotes theirefficient use. Performs special projects and completes all otherduties as assigned or requested for the general support of theorganization. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in CivilEngineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, orrelated engineering degree. Minimum of seven years’ work experienceperforming similar primary position responsibilities exceedingperformance expectations. Advanced knowledge of BIM Modeling andAutoCAD. Knowledge of construction formwork systems, take-offs andestimating processes obtained from education or industryexperience. Advanced written, verbal and interpersonalcommunication skills to effectively work with all levels of theorganization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills withthe ability to communicate effectively with all levels of theorganization, as well as with customers and vendor Expertise withreading structural drawings and performing computer-aided designutilizing formwork engineering methods, such as BIM Modeling andAutoCAD.
