Job responsibilities include:

Work with Thermal Manager and Quality to develop and implement quality standards. Facilitate problem solving efforts, identify root causes, implement solutions, audit and report results to the Thermal Manager and Maintenance Dept. Develop proactive working relationships with all other departments to address shared problems and generate “team” solutions. Participate in the development of new procedures or revision of existing procedures when necessary. Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing, educating, and coaching employees to follow all company safety policies and procedures. What We Are Looking For Three to five years Manufacturing experience, Thermal experience is preferred. Strong supervisory and leadership skills Have a basic understanding of inorganic chemistry Possess an understanding of process control concepts Basic understanding of manufacturing and service-oriented business practices.
